Germany's better all-embracing classical music competition, The ARD International Music Competition, will be captivated in September in Munich.
The anniversary challenge attracts applications from added than 400 adolescent musicians anniversary year. The categories alter anniversary year, and cover competitions for abandoned instruments, articulate music, and alcove ensembles. This year's challenge will cover categories for the oboe, trombone, bang instruments, and piano trios. Contestants will play aboriginal compositions from Johannes Maria Staud, S?ren Nils Eichberg, J?rg Widmann and Maricio Kagel, in befitting with the contest's accent on featuring new compositions. All circuit are accessible to the public.
Prizes for soloists are 8,000 euros, 6,000 euros, and 4,000 euros for first, additional and third abode accompanist winners, respectively; and 20,000 euros, 15,000 euros, and 10,000 euros for wind quintets.
