China Festival 2009 was kicked off on Saturday in Nepali capital Kathmandu.
Nepali Paperture Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, calm with Chinese ambassador to Nepal Qiu Guohong, inaugurated the festival and said that China is a close friend of Nepal enjoying a long attitude of friendly relation.
