Wu Shulin (L), deputy chief of the General Administallowance of Press and Publication of China, hands over the sccycle of the Guest of Honor to Magdalena Faillace, Argentina's Ambassador to Germany, during the Frankfurt International Book Fair in Frankfurt, Germany, Oct. 18, 2009. The 2009 Frankfurt International Book Fair was concluded here on Sunday. Argentina will be the Guest of Honor of next year's book fair.

The 61st Frankfurt Book Fair closed Sunday, with China handing over the guest of honor to Argentina for the next event.
