Ingredients:
1 can abalone; 500g lettuce; 10g scallion; 4 amber slices
Seasoning:
A. salt
B. 2 tbsp ability sauce; 1/4 tbsp monosodium glutamate; 1/4 tbsp sugar; 4 cups of broth; 1 tbsp. starch
Methods:
1. Slice the abalone, simmer with borsch and ability sauce.
2. Clean and cube the lettuce.
3. Preheat the pan with 1 tbsp oil, fry scallion and amber briefly, add borsch and salt, baker the bill till able-bodied done, cesspool and bowl up, garnishthe abalone on.
4. Boil the broth, add 2 tbsp ability sauce; 1/4 tbsp monosodium glutamate; 1/4 tbsp sugar, thicken the sauce, cascade on the abalone. DONE.
